Delivery in detail...
Standard FREE Delivery UK
Packet post, Royal Mail. Normally delivered 1-4 working days.
Express Tracked Delivery (UK Only) (optional)
Courier Express Tracked or Royal Mail Special Delivery (this will be at our discretion). Normally delivered in 1-2 working days. Parcels will require a signature. Orders received by 2.30pm weekdays will be dispatched that day (subject to stock). Express orders received on a Friday will be delivered to you the following Monday/Tuesday (unless received after 2.30pm in which case they will be dealt with on Monday for delivery to you on Tuesday/Wednesday). Express orders received on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery to you on Tuesday/Wednesday. Express may take extra time during very busy periods eg: leading up to Christmas.
International Delivery FREE (Europe & Rest of World)
Royal Mail Air Mail or DHL. Allow up to 1-10 business days for delivery. Postage costs if the order is over 2kg will be clearly displayed on the 'Order Confirmation' page prior to checking out. If shopping in Euros the exchange rate (GBP to Euros) on the site is updated live on a regular basis. Note: Bodycare2000 will not be liable for any losses or damage incured by the mail system within the destination country.
Free Delivery (UK Only)
Orders qualifying for free delivery will normally be sent by Royal Mail Second Class. (Orders over 2kg will be sent by private courier or Royal Mail Tracked and delivered 1-4 business days). Normally delivered 1-4 working days. If required, you will have the option to upgrade Free Delivery to Express delivery on the order confirmation page.
What Will it Cost?
Postage charges, if any will be displayed on "order confirmation" page prior to entering your credit card details. The option of Express delivery can be selected on this page.

Daily Cut Off Times for deliveries
Monday to Friday we will process and dispatch orders received up to approx 2.30pm. Mail is collected from us every day at 3pm. Orders received after this time will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
Orders not Delivered
Parcels will be returned to your Royal Mail local depot if you are not in to accept the goods. After 2 weeks of non-collection from your local depot they will be returned to us. A card will be left by Royal Mail to say a delivery has been attempted and where to collect the package from. ID will be required to retrieve your goods. Express courier will attempt a second and final delivery if the first attempt was unsuccessful. They will then return the goods to us. Bodycare2000 will not be liable for a non-delivery of an order if such non-delivery is caused by a third party eg: Royal Mail or private courier. Plus, Bodycare2000 will not be liable for third party industrial disputes. To have the goods re-dispatched please email: email@example.com to arrange for another delivery.
Out of Stock Orders (back orders)
Approx 98% of all orders are fulfilled immediately. However, any items on your order that are out of stock will be sent by Royal Mail under seperate cover as soon as they are back in stock, normally 3-5 business days.
Credit/Debit Card Security Checks
For orders over £200 and ALL GHD orders we may make card security checks prior to despatching the goods to you. These checks are vital to protect both the customer and merchant against credit card fraud. The check will normally take 1 business day.
Please remember to add on a day to your expected delivery time during Bank Holiday periods as we will be closed. Eg: Orders received on a Bank Holiday Monday will not be processed and dispatched until the Tuesday of the same week. A notice will be posted on the site just before the basket page relating to delivery times for extended breaks, eg: Christmas/New Year/Easter etc.
All orders leave our premises in perfect condition and are checked by an extra member of staff. However, in the unlikely event that your order is received damaged please accept our apologies and observe the following: Email us informing us of the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send the damaged goods back to us 'Royal Mail Signed For'. On receipt of the damaged items we will re-dispatch new goods.
Where possible we will always use recycled packaging materials when sending goods to you.
